Northern Lakes District
The Northern Lakes District Serves the counties of Lake of the Woods, Koochiching, Beltrami, Itasca and portions of Aikin, Cass, Hubbard and Clearwater. Major cities are Bemidji, Baudette, International Falls, and Grand Rapids.
